At Blake's Thingamajigs, we make every effort to process and ship your custom order quickly (average turnaround: 2 days). Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information is provided, responsibility for the package transfers to you, the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
